The Founder, Shelissa Kemplin Kearney, dedicates her free time to raise awareness and funds for various non-profits and foundations near to her heart. Shelissa's has been recognized by the Susan G. Komen Foundation, American Heart Association, San Diego Humane Society, Howard General Hospital- A Johns Hopkins Hospital, and numerous schools and charity events for fundraising efforts. Recently in the news, Shelissa received an award from the Howard County General Hospital- Johns Hopkins Medicine for her commitment to raise awareness and funds for the Claudia Mayer Cancer Center located in Columbia, Maryland.
